Production Farm Operation
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Production Farm Operations candidate to join our large-scale farming operation in Central Kansas.

What you will be doing :
- Assist in planning : Collaborate with the farm management team to develop and implement strategic plans for optimal farm productivity.
- Operational Oversight : Assist with day-to-day farming operations, including planting, harvesting, spraying and equipment maintenance.
- Crop Management : Oversee crop health, monitor pest control measures, and implement sustainable farming practices.
A successful candidate for this Farm Operations position will possess the following :
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field ideally.
- Proven Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Farming Experience : Substantial experience in large-scale farming operations, with a deep understanding of crop management, equipment and operations.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize farm performance.
- Excellent Communication : Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Depending on experience the base salary can range from $75-over 100K.
